Welcome to Not For Everybody ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase of clothing and accessories, as well as access to our lookbook and video content (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. BRAND NAME & TRADEMARK

Not For Everybody™ is a brand name currently in the process of being trademarked. All use of the name, logo, designs, and related branding elements are the exclusive property of Not For Everybody. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We offer streetwear clothing and accessories for purchase through our Site. All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Modify product descriptions and pricing without notice

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors correctly.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location.

Not For Everybody is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

Your order will be processed in 1-2 days after purchase. Once processed, you will get a notification that your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon check out. 

For orders shipped outside of Canada, applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s import regulations.

Orders shipped internationally are considered exports from Canada and are not subject to Canadian sales tax at checkout unless otherwise required by law.

For customers in the United States and United Kingdom, local taxes, import duties, or VAT may still apply once the shipment arrives in your country.

Not For Everybody is not responsible for delays, customs processing, or additional charges imposed by international customs authorities or shipping carriers.

If live carrier-calculated shipping rates are unavailable at checkout, shipping charges may be calculated using a flat-rate fee based on the customer’s delivery location. Flat-rate shipping fees are determined at the discretion of Not For Everybody and may not reflect exact carrier pricing.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are [final / eligible for return within 30 days upon receiving the package].

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must be attached

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria. You will be charged the all applicable delivery fees for any returns.  

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to images, videos, lookbooks, designs, graphics, logos, text, and branding, is the property of Not For Everybody and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

  • Use our content for commercial purposes

  • Modify or create derivative works

8. LOOKBOOK & VIDEO CONTENT

Our Site may feature lookbooks, editorial content, and videos for promotional and artistic purposes.

By accessing this content, you agree:

  • Not to download, reproduce, or redistribute without permission

  • Not to use content for commercial purposes

We reserve the right to remove or modify content at any time.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload or distribute harmful or malicious content

10. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not For Everybody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
